  • Within 3 months I was able to support my body coming off years of synthetic birth control, regain regular menstrual cycles, have essentially painless periods (this was a HUGE win for me considering I’ve had painful periods for many years and was only diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2013 after years of suffering), develop a healthy relationship with food and nutrition to support my body being a female athlete, and learn additional beneficial information to support other organs in my body.

  • MacKenzie is a warm-hearted, kind soul and breath of fresh air. She is nurturing in her sessions, texts, and emails. She provides direct feedback with highly specific recommendations and resources for you to achieve your goals. Whenever I had questions I could text her personally or email her and she would respond quickly in a timely manner. No question seemed to be off limits and I could tell the thought and dedication she put into providing me a well-rounded answer to each and every one of my inquiries. During our sessions one thing I highly appreciated was that she took such detailed notes of EXACTLY what I was asking for so she could follow-up in a timely manner. She invested in my health just as much as I invested working with her. When you partner with someone who WANTS you to succeed and feel well, it’s a feeling you cannot put into words. I personally felt she provided so much more than even what she lists in her offerings.

  • I came back to MacKenzie when I got pregnant after working with her because I knew I wanted a solid support system for my prenatal and postpartum nutrition. In addition to being present for my birth and postpartum care like, check-ins, cooking for our family, and putting together care items for me to use. I have too many friends who didn't have support postpartum including my mom. I wanted to change that narrative for myself and my experience.
